Dear Participant. On our webpage you can find final list of posters. Please, check "List of Posters" bookmark in "Programme".  The same poster numbers will be placed on poster stands. Please find your poster(s) and remember number(s) to mount them at the right place."

The payment for the Holiday Inn hotel must be done before 1st of August for the IHAR Account:

The price is as before: 80 Euro per night – single room and 95 Euro per night – double room.
The decision was taken by the Sales Manager of the hotel. Because the price for  participants of the EFS is very low – and they have a lot of guests – our Institute must pay for  reserved rooms in advance before 1'st August. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Participants of the conference and accompanying persons will be met at the Frederic Chopin Airport in Warsaw and transferred to the Hotel Holiday-Inn on September 19. After arrival please, look for people with 11th EFS logo. Buses will depart every 1,5 h from 9:00 till 17:00. Departure transfers will be also available for registered participants on September 24. Please inform us about mean of transport you chosen in order to assist you with the transportation. Participants staying in other hotels than are suggested will need to arrange their own transportation.

On Sunday, September 19, afternoon buses will depart  to the Welcome Party at IHAR Radzików. Please be at 17:00 in the Hotel lobby. There will be also possibility to set-up your poster(s) before Welcome Party.

Every day during Seminar participants will be transferred by buses to IHAR Radzików and back to the Hotel. Buses will be free of charge. Please, find  bus schedule in the programme.

7.

Programme of the Seminar looks quite intensive so during  coffee breaks we will offer participants sandwiches, snacks, fruits etc. to survive until lunch or dinner.
